This project envisions the construction of a new 23-storey multifunctional building on the site of the existing three-storey Uzsanоatqurilishbank building located in the Yashnobod district of Tashkent. Within the scope of the project, a modern shopping and entertainment center will be located on the first three floors, bank facilities on the following two floors, and residential apartments on the upper levels.

The project aims not only to enhance the city’s infrastructure but also to create approximately 4,000 new jobs, modernize the urban landscape, and contribute to economic development.

The interior design of each zone is developed in accordance with its functional purpose:

In the shopping center — spacious, well-lit halls and service areas

In bank offices — a modern and formal working environment

In residential spaces — comfort, aesthetic simplicity, and maximum use of natural lighting

Shopping and entertainment center: floors 1–3 (10,501 m²)

Bank facilities: floors 4–5 (1,338.3 m²)

Residential complex: floors 6–23 (19 floors, 9,225.4 m²)

Underground parking: 2 levels (12,044 m², capacity for 340 cars)

Children’s and sports areas: 640 m²
