Project Description
Located in the heart of Nukus, the "Dostlik" Entertainment Center and Central Market project is a major urban initiative combining modern retail with public infrastructure. Its primary goal is to modernize urban trade, offer a comfortable leisure environment, and establish a new cultural landmark in the city center.
The project consists of two main blocks:
Entertainment zone: cinemas, children’s play areas, cafes, restaurants, and terraces
Retail & market area: fresh and dried fruits, meat and fish, groceries, household and industrial goods, books, and press kiosks
All sections are designed with modern architectural standards, providing effective ventilation, natural lighting, and free-flowing circulation for visitors.
Design Concept and Approach
This initiative enhances the city’s contemporary image while supporting trade and social engagement. The “Dostlik” center serves as a unifying space for people of different generations, activating community life.
