Project Description
This project proposes the construction of a 23-story multifunctional building on the site of the current 3-story “O‘zsanoatqurilishbank” branch in Yashnobod district of Tashkent.
The first 3 floors will host a modern shopping and entertainment center, floors 4–5 will contain bank offices, and the upper floors will be residential apartments.
The goal is to enhance urban infrastructure, create over 4,000 new jobs, modernize the cityscape, and contribute to economic development.
