Project Description
The “Triangular” Business Center is an office building designed with a modern urban spirit, combining functionality and aesthetics. The design is based on elegant geometric shapes and a harmonious layout of functional zones.
The layout is defined by sharp, angular forms, giving the building its unique identity. From the open and bright entrance lobby to the upper-level office blocks, every space is thoughtfully arranged with ergonomic solutions.
Functional zones include:
A 10-story building
3 levels of standard office blocks (floors 2–9)
A spacious terrace and relaxation zone on the 10th floor
No SPA elements, but fully equipped with modern technical rooms
Technical and service areas on each floor
Additionally, the basement features an underground parking area of 1129 m² with 34 parking spaces — a significant advantage for a business center located in the city center.
