“Youth Hub Resort” is a year-round retreat and resort concept designed for youth, families, and guests of all ages. It combines wellness, adventure, sport, and education in a natural and modern setting.
The layout considers local climate and terrain — operating effectively in summer (+30°C) and winter (down to -25°C).
Extreme: adventure park, rock climbing, zipline, paintball
Wellness: spa, yoga hall, therapeutic rooms
Dining: 400-seat restaurant, outdoor areas
Accommodation:
Hotel: 300 rooms (standard, superior, VIP), 13,600 m²
Dorm blocks: 8 buildings, 240 beds
Private villas: 4300 m²
Education: workshops, IT rooms, library
Event Zone: 2000 m² stage area for up to 2000 people
