Chain Restaurant Project

Project Description

This project was developed for the international fast-food chain Wendy’s in Tashkent. The aim is to create a modern restaurant concept with efficient service, a bright and comfortable environment, and a façade/interior reflecting the brand’s identity.

The core idea is to build a contemporary dining space based on simplicity, convenience, and appeal. The façade uses transparent glass and light metal panels, while the interior features energy-efficient lighting and compact furniture solutions.

Project Location

Site: Intersection of Farhod Street and Lutfiy Street, Tashkent

Nearby Landmarks: Dream Park, Oazis Mall, Farhod Market, Alisher Navoi Park, National Stadium

Distance from Friendship of Peoples Square: ~6900 meters

Functional Zones:

Entrance area — open and illuminated to welcome guests

Kitchen — equipped with modern technology

Dining hall — with indoor and outdoor seating

Fountain element — aesthetic feature in the open area

Technical Specifications (T.E.P.):

Built-up area: 60 m²

Total enclosed area: 150 m²

Zones: kitchen, service area, dining hall, entrance zone, decorative outdoor elements (fountain)

Design Approach

The design reflects Wendy’s global visual identity. Not only food quality, but the ambiance, service speed, and interior aesthetics are key components.
